CAVSP Certification and Its Benefits to our Clients

For more than 30 years, InfoComm International, the leading association serving the professional audiovisual communications industry, has offered certification programs to establish and maintain widespread credibility for AV professionals.

Professional Communications Systems is one of InfoComm's worldwide member companies that has achieved an organizational-level credential, known as the Certified Audiovisual Solutions Provider (CAVSP) - a recognition of professionalism and expertise achieved through professional development, training and continuously updated certification for its employees.

The CAVSP is the only organizational-level certification program of its kind. A Silver CAVSP Certification recognizes that 50 percent of a company's technical, sales or service staff are InfoComm Certified, meaning half of its employees have received one of 3 certifications offered: Certified Technology Specialist; CTS Certified Technology Specialist - Installation (CTS-I ); or Certified Technology Specialist - Design (CTS-D).

Silver Certification is recognized as a significant achievement for an organization and represents to clients the company's ability to conduct its business competently. It also distinguishes that company among its peers and competitors in the industry.
